How can I view the prices?
In order to view the prices relating to the online catalogue, you must be a registered user and log into the personal area by entering the username and password received after registering via email.
How do I register?

Why can’t I log in?
Access to the management system is reserved exclusively for those who have a VAT number, so in the first instance it may be that the credentials used during registration do not comply with this rule. If, on the other hand, you are a new reseller, ABL PELLETTERIE SRL reserves the right to verify this and will confirm the enabling via email within 24 hours.
How do I place an order?
Whenever you find products that interest you, just write the quantity to order and then click on “Add to cart” to add them to your virtual cart and proceed with the order. There are no minimum orders. Once all the items have been entered, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to enter the address and payment method. At the end the order summary will appear: check all the data and items in your cart and click on the “Continue” button to reach the last step or on the “return” button if you need to make changes. On the last page you will find your order number and payment method. With the conclusion of your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Do I have a welcome discount?
Yes, if you have never bought from PELLETTERIE ABL SRL, and this is your first order then you can receive a 10% discount on the total amount of your cart. As soon as you write you will receive a coupon to be inserted in the dedicated space when ordering.
Do I have a discount if I pay in advance by bank transfer?
Yes, we give you a 5% discount on your order.

Of course. Each sale is invoiced and therefore you will receive an invoice with the shipment of the package or if you have decided to collect the goods personally, the invoice will be issued at the time of delivery.

- Advance payment: bank transfer (NB. payment by advance transfer entitles you to an extra 5% discount), paypal, credit card
- Upon receipt of the goods in cash directly to the Courier (cash on delivery). In this case you will be charged 8 euros. You will automatically receive the order confirmation by e-mail with the amounts due for payment to the courier.
Can I pay by check to the courier?
Yes, by indicating this need in the space reserved for notes during the order phase, as long as you are a customer authorised by PELLETTERIE ABL SRL. Otherwise, the courier will be authorised to receive payment in cash only.

What is the cost of shipping?
Customers in Italy (Islands and Calabria included) are divided as follows: Euro 15.00 for orders less than Euro 400.00 excluding VAT, no expenses will be charged for orders equal to or greater than Euro 400.00 excluding VAT.
